(The swap kit doesn’t include HONDA PCX Engine.)

昨年末(ホントに年末ギリギリ)に量産型の確認用が入荷しました！

これまでは、完成車輌や動画でのご紹介が主でしたので
今回は改めてパーツでのご紹介をさせて戴こうと思います(^＿^)b

まずはエンジンマウントのメイン部分から

Tokyo Parts new swap kit allows you to bolt up PCX125 engine and PCX 150 engine (After JF28-110 series/ bottom engine hanger style.) on Honda ZOOMER/Ruckus.The swap kit doesn’t work for swapping the early model of PCX’s engine (EBJ-JF28-100 Series) because of the upper engine hanger style.

頑丈な２本のアームと同じく頑丈なエンジンオフセットパーツでしっかりとPCXエンジンを固定！
しかもPCX125、PCX150どちらのエンジンにも対応しております

※EBJ-JF28-100 番台の初期型PCX上吊りエンジンは使用不可となります
JF28-110番台以降の下吊りエンジンをご使用ください

ご覧の通り(それ以上？)にしっかりしたパーツですので
ちょっとやそっとのことではビクともいたしません(笑)

Many customized scooter with long body style sometimes twist the frame when the scooter is running

You don’t need to worry about the twisting situation for Tokyo Parts PCX Engine Billet Mount Kit for Honda ZOOMER/Ruckus because the main engine hanger connect with the engine and frame which makes reinforcement.

前後フレームと一緒にエンジンマウントを固定することで
フレームとエンジンの一体感や剛性もアップ！

更に左右を連結させるブレースパーツを配して、フレームの補強としての役割も担っています。
エンジンスワップとフレーム補強が同時にできるのもオススメポイントです(^＿^)b

フレームとエンジンがしっかりと固定されるため
エンジンスワップやロンホイ時にありがちな、
走行中での捻じれやヨレがないので
安心して走行して戴けますよ！

The rear suspension mount with bushing for the engine side in the picture.

エンジンマウントKITにはメインのハンガー部の他にも
リアショックのマウントも付属しております。

こちらはリアショックマウント(フレーム側)になりまして

This parts in the picture is the rear suspension mount for the rear tire side.

Two suspension mounts (for the engine side and rear tire side) include the swap kit. (Rear suspension doesn’t include the swap kit.)

こちらがエンジン側のリアショックマウントになります

特殊な形状なので作図や寸法出しには苦労がががが！

We spent long time for creating the suspension mount because the suspension mount is special shape. We used 3D printer for creating many prototype parts for fit testing.

図面を起こす → ３Ｄプリンターで製作 → 実際に試してみる → 図面訂正する・・・と
正に試行錯誤の繰り返しでございました(^＿^；)

ちなみにリアショックマウント(エンジン側)にはブッシュも圧入してあるので
適度に衝撃を逃がしてくれます。
写真だと隠れて見えないので、是非製品でお確かめくださいませ(笑)

Tokyo Parts PCX Engine Billet Mount for Honda ZOOMER/Ruckus swap kit is for putting the fatty tires with wide rims, 12 inch 7J/8J and 13 inch 7J/8J on ZOOMER/Ruckus.

(The size of rim on the picture is 12 inch 7J (5+2).

You can customize your Honda ZOOMER/Ruckus with engine swap, lowering down, long body style and putting fatty tire with wide rim in one swap kit.

The swap kit is “BOLT ON” kit. You don’t need to do welding operation.

しかもワイドホイール専用設計でゴザイマス！
(12インチ、13インチの７Ｊまたは８Ｊホイール対応)
ちなみに画像のホイールは12インチ7J(5+２)ホイールになります

エンジンスワップ＆ローロングで、さらにワイドホイール対応の贅沢仕様(^＿^)v
しかもボルトオンですので、溶接加工もしなくていいですよ～！

The parts in red square in this picture is “throttle body direction changing spacer” include the swap kit.

Honda PCX’s stock throttle body hit the frame without the changing spacer for swapping PCX’s engine on Honda ZOOMER/Ruckus.

そしてもう一つのパーツがこちら！

これはPCXのスロットルボディ取り付け方向変換スペーサーも付属！

本来、スロットルボディは車体後方へ向いているのですが
なんで必要かといいますと・・・

ズーマーにスワップする際には、通常の向きではフレームに干渉してしまうからですが
方向変更スペーサーを使用すればご覧の様にピッタリと収まってくれます(^＿^)v
